Lower to 20 % TDS (w/v) in sample.

Lower to 40 % TDS (w/v) in sample. The second channel could be used to dilute this effect with ultrapure water.

Lower to 15 % TDS (w/v) in sample.

Ingeniatrics nebulizers use Flow Blurring nebulization technology instead of the traditional Venturi effect. This allows the generation of a very fine droplet aerosol with a narrow size distribution (most droplets are smaller than 10 μm), which improves efficiency in comparison with others conventional nebulizers.

The differences in the configurations and dimensions of some nebulizer components make higher efficiency in the nebulization process, generating smaller droplets and with a more uniform size distribution at smaller flow rates for sample introduction when MassNeb is employed. As a consequence, the desolvation and ionization processes in the plasma is more efficient, leading to a decrease in polyatomic spectral interference in analytical techniques based on the use of mass spectrometry as an analyzer.

Flow Blurring is not a self-aspirating technology, liquid line is under pressure and needs to be pumped.

Materials PFA+, ETFE, PTFE, PEEK and LCP.

Chemical compatibility Aqueous, HF acid and Organic Solvents

Any part number related to tubbing is suitable for a custom order in the length of tubbing.

Yes, you check on these application notes (view the App Notes)

For a Flow Blurring nebulizer is normal this pulsation, liquid line is under positive pressure and rollers must overcome this backflow. Minimizing peristaltic tubbing ID and increasing roller speed will reduce this effect.
