If you are not 100% satisfied with our nebulizers, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in
the original packaging.
If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, or you need any assistance with processing your return, please contact us.

It typically takes about 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center and be processed for refund. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund,
Ingeniatrics will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

Ingeniatrics currently accept international credit cards as well as wire transfer, Pay Pal or Bizum for all orders.

Ingeniatrics ships hundreds of nebulizers worldwide.

No they are not. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination. Ingeniatrics will make reasonable efforts to meet Customer’s Delivery and shipment requirements.

If you’re missing part of your order, it’s possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel, this is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel.
If you haven’t received all of your items please contact us within 14 days.
